Ya guys NSA Contract With French Hacking Company.Yes, the NSA became a customer of French hacking-tools vendor Vupen. I know it's unbelievable but its true guys.
Muckrock published on Monday a copy of a contract between the NSA and Vupen.

According to the "Washington Post" ,which obtained the U.S. "The Black Budget" that details spending from intelligence agencies.
Vupen's CEO Bekrar said that:
"The aim of the service is to allow customers to protect their systems against attacks by internally conducting advanced penetration testings using Vupen's tools and capabilities,hinting that it's used for defensive reasons."
